We want you to be fully satisfied with your custom gear. If your modified controller doesn't meet your performance expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the controller in its original packaging, ensuring all custom thumbsticks, paddles, and charging cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Lab

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit back to our technical facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware and mod functionality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
